Selected shoutouts will be featured in the FVMA Advocate and displayed on this page, showcasing the inspiring stories of our community.

To submit your shoutout, simply fill out the form below. Once completed, click ‘Submit’ to share your appreciation with the veterinary community!
Shoutouts will be published on this page and selected submissions will be featured in a future issue of FVMA Advocate.
Fill out the form above with your name and the name of the person you want to give a shout-out to. Include a brief message and an optional photo. We will publish your shoutout as soon as possible!
Submissions are reviewed Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our team will reach back out during these hours to confirm receipt. We will also let you know when the shoutout has been published online so you can share this link with your nominee!
You can submit a shoutout once per month.
Yes, we would love to hear about your amazing team and their accomplishments.
All member shoutouts will remain online for 90 days after submission.
