Is there a student discount?

Yes, University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine (UFCVM) students can attend the conference for free. For verification, students must register using their university email address.

What does each conference pass include?

Conference passes include access to all continuing education sessions, the exhibit hall, lunch, conference proceedings, and all breaks and special events.

The spouse/guest pass includes access to the exhibit hall, lunch, and all breaks and special events held in the exhibit hall. This pass does not include CE credit or access to conference proceedings.

Am I able to switch from a wet lab I registered for to a different one?

Once a wet lab is sold out, you may not be able to switch your wet lab seat after purchase.

When is the exhibit hall open and who is exhibiting?

The exhibit hall will be open during the following times:

  • Friday: 9:50 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:50 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Do you offer child care services?

Yes! Discounted daycare services will be available April 11–12 at the Signia by Hilton® — Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.

Children ages 6 months to 12 years can enjoy activities such as:

  • Story time
  • Dramatic play

Can I register onsite?

On-site registration will be available at the FVMA registration desk during the following dates and times:

  • Friday, April 11: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Will I have access to the conference proceedings?

Yes, a link to download the proceedings will be sent to the email address used during registration after the conference concludes.

What is your refund policy?

Cancellations should be submitted to the FVMA in writing via email to meetings@fvma.org and acknowledged by the deadlines noted below to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations after these dates and no-shows are not refundable.

CONFERENCE PASSES: The cancellation deadline for a full refund of registration fees minus a $50 administrative charge is March 15, 2025. Cancellations after March 15, 2025, and no-shows are not refundable.

WET LAB REGISTRATION: The cancellation deadline for a 50% refund on the wet lab fee is March 15, 2025. A fee will be collected per wet lab.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION: All booth reservations are final. No cancellations or refunds.

Photography and Contact Information Release

Registration and attendance at or participation in the FVMA’s conferences or other activities constitute an agreement by the registrant to the FVMA’s use and distribution—now and in the future—of the registrant’s or attendee’s image and voice. This includes the use and distribution of photographs, video, electronic reproductions, and audio of registrants or attendees at any events and activities. All attendees must agree to the FVMA Photo Release Consent Form at the time of registration, located in the Terms & Conditions section.
