Yes, the FVMA offers a non-resident membership. Veterinarians who graduated from an AVMA-accredited College of Veterinary Medicine or have successfully met the requirements of the Educational Commission of Foreign Veterinary Graduates (ECFVG) or the Program for the Assessment of Veterinary Education Equivalence (PAVE) and who do not reside in the State of Florida, may sign up to become a member.
Non-resident members have the rights and privileges of full membership, except for voting rights.
